Zhang Xiaoquan has repeatedly won international awards for his excellent product quality, and won the grand prize of the world's fair in Panama in 1915. The scissors forging technology of Zhang Xiaoquan was listed in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage by the State Council in 2006.
